At Mar.2016 we got an cotton bag purchase order from a client in United States, about 10,000 piece cotton laundry bag, before that we concluded with sample and contract, on contract they said the production should be started at June.2016. But there are no any email replied from this customer anymore. At July when I'm back from a business trip (to meet a customer in another city, for whom we produce non woven bag), I found that cotton laundry bag was produced in our factory, but the order is from my workmate. This order is from south part of china in a trade company. I'm confused about this so asking this customer and show him the pictures, he can't explain it (or don't want to explain). Our cotton bag's quotation is the same no matter to U.S customer or to that china trade company. The reason why U.S customer place order to them I think only because the price, then we can imagine that the china trade company quoted a wrong price to U.S customer.
Now U.S customer can't get in contact with that china trade company, but they already paid full amount to them about the cotton laundry bag. He contact me asking for help, but we can't release the goods until that china trade company pay the balance amount to us. So thing stuck here... Nobody is winner in this round, and all the people in this game lost confidence to each other.
We suggest everybody who are going to place purchase order in china, don't pay close attention on small price difference, it will make you lost a lot of money.
